Step 1: Open Dialogue

The first step in our process is to determine how your home will be used and where it will be located. Single family home or Condominium might be considered. If single family home should it be located on a small lot or a large lot? Do you have a small family, large family or maybe you are empty nesters? These are all things that need to be addressed to get a better understanding of what you want. We'll engage you in an organized conversation that what will begin to establish the basic parameters of your dream home. From this we'll be able to move to the more exciting details.

Step 2: Floor Plans & Renderings

From our initial conversation we' ll start the process of providing dimension to your dreams. A series of floor plans and elevation renderings will be provided to allow you to envision your home and get a feel for its layout. This is the point where changes are the least expensive to make, so we'll take extra care to ensure you're comfortable with every detail.

Step 3: Final Floor Plan & Contract

Once you sign off on the final floor plans, we can provide a detailed list of specifications, and ultimately, an accurate price. A comprehensive list of standard features, construction standards and finish materials will be provided for you to review and sign off on- providing you with the security of having all the details in writing.

Step 4: Construction

Obviously this is the most exciting phase of the process. It's where your dreams come to life. But also this can be also the most stressful. Your custom home is dependent on many things, the two most critical material suppliers and the weather. These two factors determine the progress, set backs-due to one or both. Though we try to anticipate any issues, sometimes there are things that we just cannot help. A week of rain. A foot of snow. A shortage of raw materials. Whatever the reason, we'll work with you to create a solution. And we'll always keep communication channels open to make sure you're aware of these details.

Step 5: Walk-thru Punch Lists and Your New Home

This is where our experience really shows. By controlling quality though-out construction, your punch list is virtually painless. But punch list and touch-up items will be priority one. From beginning dreams to completion Haas Homes & Condominiums is committed to customer satisfaction.
